Honourable Natasha Fyles, Minister for Health recognises 2020 and 2021 NT Fellows

The 2020 and 2021 NT ACHSM Fellows were recognised at a ceremony hosted by the Honourable Natasha Fyles, MLA, Minister for Health at Parliament House on 13 December 2021.

Over the past two years, 11 Fellows have completed this prestigious qualification, with many under the NT Health Notaras Scholarship.

The Welcome to Country performed by the YouthMill Edwin Fejo and Alverston Wunungmurra was a highlight.

The Minister for Health, Natasha Fyles recognised the Fellows commitment to complete this demanding program whilst in the midst of managing the pandemic, as well as leading the ongoing operations of the NT Health system.

ACHSM National President Dr Neale Fong was unable to attend due to border restrictions; however, his pre-recorded message was welcomed by all participants.

Prof Len Notaras, NT Branch President, highlighted the success of the program and its contribution to strengthening the NT heath leadership.

ACHSM extends its congratulations to all NT Fellows and looks forward to welcoming the 2022 group early in the new year.
