We live in an age of information overload, where busy is the new black, and everyone needs everything done yesterday. There is noise coming at us from everywhere. But noise creates drag. It delays us, distracts us, and wears us out. It compromises our productivity and our wellbeing. Most distressingly—it destroys our confidence and creates frustration across teams.
When we learn to remove noise, we gain clarity and focus on what we need to do. We’re more productive and effective. Most importantly, we create time and energy for the things that matter most.
Over wine and cheese, we’ll walk through strategies to:
- Optimise your time and stop being busy.
- Have fewer, more meaningful meetings.
- Reset priorities and stakeholder expectations as contexts shift.
- Lead others to shift the dials that matter in your business.
