St Vincent’s Human Resources provides leadership and management of Human Resources and work health and safety across St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney (St Vincent’s) – an integrated network of clinical services providing care to the people of NSW. The HR Division also supports managers with HR operations and industrial relations functions.
The new Director of Human Resources will be responsible for direct and indirect supervision of approximately 56 FTE and accountable for an annual operating budget of $4.270M. With St Vincent’s Health Australia and the Network’s continued bold plan for growth and leadership, the new HR Director will have the opportunity to lead the design of a visionary People and Culture program and support system.
As Executive Director you will be accountable for managing human resources, learning and development, strategic recruitment, work health, safety and wellbeing, employee injury recovery, industrial relations, workforce planning and payroll. The incoming Executive Director will need to be strongly strategic with leadership capacity to build on key relationships across the Network, work collaboratively to deliver innovative people and culture services. You will be joining a motivated and skilled executive team and will continue to drive a strategy of growth, integration and innovation.
The successful candidate will be a senior and flexible professional who will lead and manage future growth of St Vincent’s, with a focus on positioning the organisations as a leader in the provision of health services by supporting the development of strong people management systems.
