An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic leader with experience in the health industry to lead the delivery of quality Community Health Services to the Echuca Regional Health (ERH) community.
Employing approximately 750 staff, ERH provides a comprehensive range of acute, sub-acute and primary health services to our community. ERH seeks to appoint a high performing allied health, nursing or business leader to this key Executive position.
The successful candidate will be a skilled health professional who will lead and manage future growth, with a focus on positioning the organisation as a leader in the provision of community and primary health services centering on helping the community to be healthy and live well. The Executive Director of Community Services will continue to build on strong partnerships internally and externally to ensure a standard of excellence in service delivery to our consumers that reflects the values and strategic goals of ERH.
To be considered for this role, you will be a proven executive with a track record of success in the leadership of health services, delivering operational results and achieving budget targets. Your skills will be supported by relevant tertiary qualifications, to postgraduate level and membership of a relevant professional association.
